Pool Tables and Large Items

For pool tables and other large items that require professional installation, we work closely with you to schedule a seamless installation experience. Once your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery and installation.

Installation Procedure:

1.    Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, our customer service team will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss the installation details and confirm your preferred schedule.

2.    Scheduling: We offer a range of dates and times for installation. You can choose the one that best fits your schedule to ensure a hassle-free installation process.

3.    Preparation: Prior to your installation date, please make sure the area where your pool table or large item will be placed is clear and accessible. This ensures the installation process is smooth and efficient.

4.    Installation Day: Our experienced engineers will arrive at the scheduled time with all the necessary tools and equipment. They will carefully carry out the pool table installation and ensure that everything is set up to perfection.

5.    Final Checks: Once the installation is complete, our team will conduct thorough checks to ensure everything is functioning properly. They will also provide a brief demonstration and answer any questions you may have about using your new pool table or large item.

Smaller Items

For smaller items, we work with trusted courier services to ensure fast and reliable delivery. When your order is processed, it will be dispatched the same day if placed before 1 PM, or the next working day if ordered later. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number to monitor your delivery’s progress.

Courier Services:

Our trusted courier partners are known for their reliability and care in handling each package. In the rare event of any issues during transit, our customer service team is ready to assist and ensure that your item arrives safely.

Delivery Time Frames:

·       Order Processing: Orders for smaller items are processed and dispatched the same day (if placed before 1 PM) or the next working day for orders placed after 1 PM.

·       Dispatch: After processing, your items will be dispatched within 1 business day.

·       Delivery: The delivery time frame depends on your location and the courier service used. Typically, deliveries are completed within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
