Pool Tables and Large Items

All pool tables and other large items require professional installation by our skilled engineers. Upon placing your order we will contact you to arrange a convenient installation date. Our team will work closely with you to ensure that the installation process is seamless.

Installation Procedure

1. Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed our customer service team will reach out to you within 48 hours to discuss the installation details.

2. Scheduling: We will offer a range of available dates and times for installation. You can choose the one that best fits your schedule.

3. Preparation: Before the installation date please ensure that the designated space for the pool table or large item is clear and accessible. This will facilitate a smooth and efficient installation process.

4. Installation Day: Our engineers will arrive at the scheduled time with all necessary tools and equipment. They will carry out the installation with precision and care ensuring that your product is set up correctly and safely.

5. Final Checks: After installation our team will conduct final checks to ensure everything is in perfect working order. They will also provide a brief demonstration and answer any questions you may have.

Smaller Items

For smaller items we utilise reliable courier services to ensure prompt delivery. Once your order is processed it will be dispatched within 4 business days. You will receive a notification with the tracking number allowing you to monitor the delivery status.

Courier Services

Our chosen courier partners are renowned for their efficiency and reliability. They handle each package with care ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition. In the rare event of any issues during transit our customer service team is available to assist.

Delivery Time Frames

1. Order Processing: Smaller items are processed and prepared for shipping same day or next working day if ordered after 1pm.

2. Dispatch: Once processed items will be dispatched within 1 business day.

3. Delivery: The delivery time frame depends on your location and the courier service used. Typically, deliveries are completed within 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

We do not currently ship internationally.
