14 Days Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy giving you ample time to decide if your purchase is right for you. The 14-day period begins on the day you receive your item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within this time frame for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Return Process
Smaller Items
For smaller items, you can send them back to us via any tracked courier. Please ensure that the item is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Once we receive the item we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Larger Items
For larger items, we provide a collection service by our engineers. To arrange for a collection please contact our customer service team who will schedule a convenient time for our engineers to collect the item from your location.
Inspection and Approval
After we receive and inspect the returned item we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at gamesroom@bowlingvision.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the product like for like, send us an email at gamesroom@bowlingvision.com and send your item to:
