Our return and refund policy is designed to offer clarity, transparency and peace of mind when making a purchase.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we want to make the returns process as simple as possible.
Below, we outline the full details of our returns and refunds policy, including eligibility, process and conditions for returning products.
30 Days Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you ample time to decide if your purchase is the right fit for your home.
The 30-day period starts from the day you receive your pool table, game room accessories or other products. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund, exchange or store credit.
Please note that some exclusions apply.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
· The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
· The item must be in its original packaging.
· You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Some products are not eligible for return. These include:

Return Process
Smaller Items
For smaller items, simply send them back to us via any tracked courier service. Make sure the item is properly packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Larger Items
For larger items, such as pool tables, we offer a collection service with our experienced engineers. To schedule a collection, please contact our customer service team and arrange a convenient time for our engineers to collect the item from your location.
Inspection and Approval
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your return is approved or rejected. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Refunds
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received the returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges if the item is defective or damaged.
