If you find a lower price on an identical, brand-newproduct from a UK-based retailer, we will match it. Simply provide us with the details and, once verified, we’ll adjust your price accordingly.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for our Price Promise, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The product must be identical (brand, model, specification and finish).
✅ The item must be brand new (not used, refurbished or ex-display).
✅ The competitor must be a UK-based, VAT-registered business selling direct to consumers.
✅ The price must be publicly available online (not a special negotiated deal or membership price).
✅ The product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery.
How to Claim Your Price Match
If you’ve found a lower price that meets our criteria, follow these simple steps:

- Provide a link to the competitor’s offer or a screenshot of the lower price.
- Include your order details.
Once verified, we will match the price before you complete your purchase!
Exclusions
Our Price Promise does not apply to:
